Hi. I am Rachel Nicholas. For over 45 years, Eastern Colorado has been my home. Growing up in Strasburg, raising my four children here, and experiencing the growth of our local communities firsthand has given me a deep, personal connection to the region and its people.
Before transitioning to real estate full-time, I spent 20 years as a Respiratory Therapist. In healthcare, success depends on meticulous attention to detail, strong client advocacy, and clear, honest communication during critical moments. Today, I bring that exact same high-touch care and precise problem-solving mindset to helping clients navigate the buying and selling process with absolute confidence.
Having bought, built, and remodeled several homes over the last 30 years, my love for real estate stems from personal experience.
